The two accessories are EXP39 LCD Expansion Module and EHS36 Wireless Headset Adapter, which will greatly expand the phone functions and bring more convenience for the users.

Supports the advanced features for Broadsoft's latest Broadworks release(Release 17.0)
The advance features include Network Conference, SCA, BLF, BLF list and etc. Yealink IP phones are now completely compatible with Broadsoft platform. The combination provides carriers and end users a very cost-effective solution.

Supports the Call Center Solution Features for Broadsoft servers
Such as Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) feature. The ACD feature allows the Broadsoft server to distribute calls from a queue to the registered IP phone users (agents). Users can login to a phone queue by pressing an ACD softkey or programmable key on Yealink IP phone. Once logged in to the queue, you can make it “available” or “unavailable” to take calls by pressing the Available/Unavailable key on the phone UI. ACD feature is one of functions which specially designed for Call Center Solution.

Supports IPv6
